The publisher is a print on demand publisher.  Practically what that means is that the book has too small of a discount for most book stores to stock it.  You can order the book at Borders, Barnes & Noble, amazon.com or other book sites on the internet.  Amazon used to have the best price, but that may not be the case any more.  If money is a problem, let me know.
